HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Our distribution facilities are located in the United States and it is our goal to get you your items in 2 business days for domestic orders. Due COVID many carriers are experiencing slower transit times, so we appreciate your patience.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer a flat shipping rate of $3.99 for domestic shipments in the 48 contiguous United States. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 in the 48 contiguous United States. Domestic and International shipping rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so you can track your order. Please allow 2 business days for tracking information to update.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at customercare@thefunhomenoveltycompany.com.  If we already processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND ITEM?

Our policy lasts 14 days. Due to COVID we have extended that to 30 days since there are some delays with mail and shipping companies. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. All returns are subject to 10% restocking fees.
